Die Zellpopulation der Eigenschicht ist sehr verschiedenartig. Dazu geh\u00f6ren zum Beispiel Fibroblasten, Lymphozyten, Plasmazellen, Makrophagen, eosinophile Leukozyten und Mastzellen. Sie unterst\u00fctzen die Vaginalhaut und versorgen sie mit N\u00e4hrstoffen und mit den Mitteln, die sie zur Bindung des darunterliegenden Gewebes ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p>In cases of vaginal atrophy, water is less present in the dry surface epithelium of the vaginal wall, and is more present in the underlying connective tissue. Therefore, minimal damage occurs to the actual vaginal epithelium, while the subepithelial layer absorbs more thermal energy.<\/p>\n<p>Im Falle einer vaginalen Atrophie enth\u00e4lt das trockene Oberfl\u00e4chenepithel der Vaginalwand weniger und das darunterliegende Bindegewebe mehr Wasser. Daher entstehen kleine Sch\u00e4den an der eigentlichen Vaginalhaut, w\u00e4hrend die Subepithelialschicht mehr thermische Energie absorbiert.<\/p>\n<p>Gewebsproben von Patientinnen, die \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von wenigen Wochen mit einem fraktionellen CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Vaginallaser behandelt worden waren, lie\u00dfen tats\u00e4chlich eine Regeneration der Vaginalschleimhaut und der Submukosa, eine Erh\u00f6hung von Kollagen und Elastin, eine h\u00f6here Mikrogef\u00e4\u00dfzirkulation, eine Verdickung der Submukosa und der Schleimhaut und die Wiederherstellung von Glykogen erkennen. Es konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass es infolge der CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Behandlung zu einem Anstieg der fibroplastischen Aktivit\u00e4t kommt. Dies tr\u00e4gt zur Produktion neuer molekularer Komponenten der Bindegewebsmatrix, der Wiederherstellung der Gef\u00e4\u00dfversorgung und einer Erh\u00f6hung der Epithelzellaktivit\u00e4t mit verbesserter Synthese, Speicherung und Freisetzung von Glykogen bei.<\/p>\n<p>Die Erneuerung der Grundsubstanzkomponenten zieht eine neue Synthese und die Freisetzung von Glykosaminoglykanen, Glykoproteinen und multiadh\u00e4siven Glykoproteiden nach sich. Diese Molek\u00fcle k\u00f6nnen gro\u00dfe Wassermengen binden. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einem signifikanten Anstieg der Gewebehydratation und einem relativen Anstieg der Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit von N\u00e4hrstoffen, die von den Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfen ins Gewebe gelangen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h6><em>-S.
