Charles J. Ascher-Walsh, M.D. is the Director of the Gynecology and Urogynecology Division at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science. He has extensive experience in Urogynecology/Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Medicine and has specific training and proficiency in all areas of pelvic surgery including vaginal, laparoscopic and graft-augmented surgical techniques. Dr. Ascher-Walsh has been named a Castle- Connolly/New York Magazine Top Doctor and a New York Times Magazine Super Doctor annually for the past several years. His international research experience includes the completion of a randomized control trial and several projects examining minimally invasive techniques.
